The core components of corielTHINGS include:
AutoID devices generate data in huge volumes and at speed, which is why corielTHINGS has a dedicated event receipt/queuing & scheduling engine. This important ‘bucket’ captures every event as it happens and before processing takes place, ensuring data is never lost.
The rules engine processes data captured via the event queue based on logic specific to your business. Here, events can be triggered, alerts issued, locations updated and item state changed all dynamically and in near real-time.
corielTHINGS deals with one of your most sensitive and valuable items … data. For that reason, the platform has a detailed user access control system, allowing you to control who has access to what in granular detail.
Speed is key in any platform, and corielTHINGS is no different. At the heart of the platform is our EPCIS-compliant database, storing every transaction and state change as it is processed.
corielTHINGS is fully connected to your existing business systems via the built-in Platform connector and bespoke integration functionality, but ERP, WMS and MRP systems are not built to handle unique item-level IoT data. For that reason, we have a dynamic reporting engine that allows you to query data down to a granular level.

corielTHINGS is a powerful platform that connects to all your AutoID devices, existing business platforms and systems and offers desktop and mobile app integration:
Capture and review data on the go using the corielMOBILE front-end, which offers a bespoke user interface and implements the user access control features, allowing different users to complete different actions.
corielEDGE handles the interfacing to all your low-level reading equipment, including barcode, RFID, Internet of Things (IoT) devices and RTLS. It can also drive local devices such as dock-doors, traffic light systems and more.
Our Platform connector is designed to interface directly with most of the common ERP, WMS and MRP platforms on the market, providing a seamless two-way integration of data.
We offer bespoke integration for platforms that do not offer an integrated API, are older by design, or require a distinct physical firewall between data.
